Room 6 & 7 Elder Shirley has been with us at Andrew Sibbald over the past few weeks.  She has taught us many amazing things.  She taught us how to hoop dance and showed us how to make Mother Earth and The Eagle.  She showed us many indigenous artifacts and taught us about the buffalo jump. We got to meet Lemon the bear and see his many outfits. Thank you Elder Shirley! Room 6 This week we went on a community walk with Ms. R and Ms. Carol.  We have been learning about the human body and the organs that make it work.  We have taken many movement breaks and have been working on being able to identify our needs so we can find strategies to help us meet those needs and better regulate ourselves. Room 7 We have identified the four Zones of Regulation and are working on the strategies we can use to help us stay regulated and in the green zone.
